Greece this year, a country that is burning
A proud people with resentment burning
Bankers fighting in claustrophobic rooms
Politicians old agreements burning
Ruins of ancient civilisation
Orthodox churches with candles burning
A bouzouki player leads the dancing
Lovers together their passions burning
And I David, here for relaxation
Drink red wine and smell the coffee burning.
